摘　　要：高校实行后勤社会化改革后,后勤管理服务仍是大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地。后勤服务集团可以从改善服务条件和设施、后勤员工以身作则、实施人性化管理等方面探寻后勤管理与服务在大学生思想政治教育工作中的重要作用。Since the socialization reforms of logistics in institutions of higher education,logistics management and service is still an important position to ideological and political education for university students.Logistics Group can explore the important role of logistics management and service in ideological and political education for university students through improving the service conditions and facilities,logistics staff＇s example-setting,conducting humanistic management,etc.
