摘 要:目的:加强人际归因能力培养,以期提高护生的人际归因能力。方法:采用集体与个别干预相结合以及自我认知干预的方法对65名护理本科女生进行人际归因能力培训,并用Lefcourt编制的多维度—多归因因果量表中的人际关系归因分量表,一般自我效能感量表在培训前、后对其进行调查。结果:培训前、后护理本科女生人际归因能力得分差异有统计学意义(t=6.507,P<0.05),一般自我效能感得分差异有统计学意义(t=-10.212,P<0.05)。结论:通过采用集体与个别干预相结合以及自我干预的方法改善人际归因的方式,加强了护生人际归因能力培养。Objective: To improve the competence of interpersonal attribution of nursing students. Methods: Group intervention combined with individual intervention as well as self cognition was used to cultivate the competence of interpersonal attribution of 65 nursing students. Interpersonal relationship subscale of multidimensional-multiattributional causality scale (MMCS) and general self efficacy scale (GSES) were usded for competence assessment before and after the cultivation. Results: Both MMCS scores(t= 6. 507, P〈0.05)and GSES sores(F=- 10. 212 ,P〈0.05)of these nursing students were showed significant differences before and after the cultivation. Conclusion; Competence of interpersonal attribution can be cultivated by group intervention combining with individual intervention as well as self cognition in- tervention.
