红色资源的功能及其转化的必然性思考

摘　　要：红色资源的功能是由红色资源的本质决定的,同时蕴涵在红色资源价值之中。主流政治导向、旅游经济刺激、先进文化引领、高尚道德教化是红色资源的四个主要功能。从当前的社会现实来看,红色资源这些功能尚未得到充分发挥,主流价值保证功能没有得到充分的重视,红色旅游刺激功能仍有待加强,先进文化引领之路依然漫长,高尚道德教化效果并不突出。充分发挥红色资源以上功能的关键在于进一步做好红色资源的转化工作,这种转化的必然性一方面源于红色资源自身的特点,另一方面是由于其面对的广大受众与社会环境发生了变化。The function of red resources is determined by its nature, and is contained in its value as well. The four main functions of the red resources are as follows ： orienting political mainstream, stimulating tourism economics, guiding advanced culture and spreading exalted morality. As to current social reality, the out-bound functions of the red resources havent expressed its social effect; the main- stream value hasnt been taken into sufficient account; its stimulating foundation should be enhanced; the road of guiding advanced cul- ture is endless ; the effect of spreading the exalted morality is not standing out. The key point to take the foundation of the red resources into account is to do the advanced job of its invasive foundation. The inevitability of conversion, on the one hand, is originated from the character of the red resources itself; and on the other hand, lies in the changes when it faces the general public and the social environ- ment.
