摘 要:以24目、40目及60目的纤维状坡缕石作为增强材料制备了多种制动材料试样,在综合分析各试样的冲击强度及定速摩擦试验的基础上,筛选出了性能比较优良的24目和40目纤维状坡缕石,并针对筛选出的目数按不同比例混合作为增强材料制备制动材料试样,并进行了冲击强度及摩擦磨损试验测定。结果表明:以24目∶40目=3∶7(体积分数)的混合目数作为增强材料所制备的制动材料的各项性能指标符合汽车制动材料国家标准。Many kinds of braking friction material sample were prepared by 20 meshes,40 meshes and 60meshes fibrillar palygorskite as enhancing material.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the impact strength and constant speed friction test,the 24 and 40 meshes fibrillar palygorskite with excellent performance were selected,then the samples were prepared by the mixed 24 and 40 meshes fibrillar palygorskite as enhancing material with different ratio.The impact strength and frictional wear were tested.The results showed that the braking friction material which was prepared by 24:40meshes=3:7 mixed meshes ratio as enhancing material was accorded with automobile braking material national standards.
