摘  要:探讨了一种利用毛细管电泳测定K+、Ba2+、Ca2+、Na+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Li+和Cu2+10种金属离子的方法。考察了紫外生色剂的浓度和pH值对分离效果的影响,并优化了分离条件。结果表明,咪唑浓度为15 mmol/L(pH 3.7),分离电压为20kV时,10种金属离子可在7min内实现基线分离。10种金属离子的线性范围为0.06~60.0mg/L,相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,检出限为0.01~0.21mg/L。标准样品的回收率为95%~104%,5次测定的相对标准偏差为0.9%~5.8%。将该法用于6个蜂蜜样品的测定,结果满意。A capillary electrophoresis coupled with indirect UV method was developed to separate ten metal ions, including K^+, Ba^2+, Ca^2+, Na^+, Mg^2+, Fe^2+, Zn^2+, Cd^2+, Li^+ and Cu^2+. The .effects of chromophore imidazole concentration and pH value on separation efficiency were investigated. The results indicated that all the cations could be completely separated within 7 rain by using 15 mmol·L^-1 imidazole ( pH = 3.7 ) as background electrolyte and 20 kV as a running voltage at 25 ℃ The calibration curves for ten metal ions were linear in the range of 0.06 - 60.0 mg/L with relative coefficients of 0. 999 5 - 0. 999 9. The limits of detection were in the range of 0. 01 - 0. 21 mg/L. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 95% - 104% with RSDs(n = 6) of 0. 9% - 5.8% . The method was applied in the determination of ten metal ions in six honey samples with satisfactory resuits.
