摘 要:采用以β-环糊精(-βCD)作分散剂的导数同步荧光光谱法测定了水溶液中双酚A(BPA)的含量,结果显示BPA与溶液基体的导数同步荧光光谱完全分开,背景干扰被消除。考察了pH、-βCD的用量以及盐效应等因素对同步荧光光谱的影响,建立了一种导数同步荧光光谱法直接测定水体中BPA的新方法。该方法检测水体中BPA的线性范围为1.5~500μg·L-1,检出限为0.46μg·L-1,用于桶装水、自来水、池塘水等实际水体的测定,回收率为94%~104%,相对标准偏差为0.76%~4.4%。The determination of bisphenol A(BPA) solution mixed with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD)were studied by derivative synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. The experiment results indicated that the derivative synchronous fluorescence spectra of mixture and matrix were separated absolutely, and the matrix effect was eliminated. The effects of pH, amount of β-CD and salinity on the derivative synchronous fluorescence intensity were studied. A novel method was developed for the determination of BPA by derivative synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. The calibration curve of BPA was linear in the range of 1.5 - 500 μg.L^- 1 with a detection limit of 0. 46 μg.L^-1 The method was successfully used in the direct determination of BPA in tap water, bottled water and pond water. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 94% -104% with RSDs of 0. 76%-4.4%.
