摘　　要：对起重机卷筒的有限元分析法进行了研究。通过COSMOSWorks对用SolidWorks建立的卷筒模型进行了有限元分析,揭示了卷筒的应力、位移和安全系数的分布规律。结果表明传统的卷筒壁厚设计方法是非常保守的。最后对卷筒壁厚进行了优化。The finite element analysis of crane’s drum was studied.Through the COSMOSWorks,the finite element analysis of the crane’s drum was carried out to reveal the stress,distance distribution and safety factor in structure of drum.The results show that the ordinary designing method for thickness of drum is very conservative.The optimal design of thickness of drum was actualized.
