摘　　要：休闲体育以它特有的丽质,在物质需求向精神需求转变的过程中,在人类文明、进步的发展中呈现其特殊的功能,成为人类不变的主题,永恒的追求,成为人类精神家园的"绿色食品"。通过文献资料法,揭示了休闲体育在人类精神家园中的重要作用,意在让更多的人去了解、去领悟、去体验。Leisure sports with its special features and functions has been the constant theme,the eternal pursuit and spiritual ＂green food＂ for human beings in the process of people＇s changing demands from pursuing material enjoyment to pursuing spiritual enjoyment.Through the literature consultation,this thesis reveals the importance of leisure sports in human spiritual homeland in order to let more people get to know,to learn,to experience it.
