试论高校体育教学中健商理念的融入途径

摘　　要：健商(HQ)是一个建立在全新理念和健康知识基础之上的全面的、综合的健康概念。它代表着一个人所具有的健康意识、健康知识、健康能力和水平,是高校体育教学改革的新思路。本文通过剖释健商的内涵、产生的背景,分析和探讨高校体育教育倡导健商理念的必要性,提出健商理念融入高校体育教学改革预以采取的对策。HQ is a general and integrated concept based on a completely new idea and health information.It represents the health conscience,health knowledge and health competence and level one has,and this is becoming the new thread of thought in college physical education reform.By analyzing the connotation of HQ and the background for HQ to come into being,and by analyzing and probing the necessity of advocating HQ concept in college physical education,this paper proposes the essential measures to blend the concept of HQ into college physical educational reform.
