摘　　要：远程教育政策是发展远程教育的主导性因素,政策评估的规范化和科学化是其发展的一种必然趋势。由于我国教育政策评估起步较晚,目前远程教育政策评估缺乏系统的理论指导和经验积累。因此有必要借鉴公共政策评估和教育政策评估的相关理论和经验,研究远程教育政策评估的内涵、类型、方法和模型,探讨构建远程教育政策评估理论的途径,以提高我国远程教育政策评估实践的有效性。Distance education policy plays a dominating role in developing distance education. The standardization and scientization of policy evaluation is the inevitable tendency of its development. Distance education policy evaluation in China is deficient in systematic theoretical instructions and experience accumulation because education policy evaluation has started quite recently. For the sake of improving efficiency of distance education policy evaluation practice, it is necessary for us to learn from relevant theories of public policy evaluation and education policy evaluation to investigate the connotation, type, methodology and mode of distance education policy evaluation and probe into the road to constructing distance education policy evaluation theory.
