摘　　要：以《狮子王》为例,在课堂教学中引入角色分析理论,通过对比分析法,探讨应用角色分析理论对增强学生欣赏英文影视作品的兴趣爱好、提高学生英文听力水平、延长学习注意力时间的积极作用,并进一步分析该应用研究的局限性,提出角色分析理论应用的若干建议。On the basis of a case study of King of Lion by using the theory of role analysis in English teaching practice,this paper adopts comparative method to discuss the positive effects when college students appreciate English movies,on strengthening their hobbies and interests,on improving their listening ability and extending their learning time when they are paying attention to the audiovisual works.Meanwhile some limitations of the research are discovered and the suggestions concerned for its further improvement are proposed.
