摘　　要：在CATIA/CAA开发平台上,针对型材毛坯的特点,提出一种新的基于毛坯模型标准件库进行特征匹配的快速生成零件三维毛坯模型的方法。通过对零件模型进行多次切割,获取到零件特征参数,然后将零件特征参数与毛坯模型标准库中的毛坯特征参数进行匹配和筛选,得出最优的匹配结果,进而生成零件的三维毛坯模型。According to the characteristic of profile,this paper proposes a method of generating the work-blank model automatically based on the CATIA/CAA platform,which employs the profile standard-part library to match the feature parameters.The feature parameters obtained by splitting the part are compared with the parameters of the work-blank model stored in the standard-part library.The result 3D work-blank model is generated by choosing the optimum match of the standard-part library.
