脊髓亚急性联合变性19例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脊髓亚急性联合变性(SCD)发病的临床特点。方法总结本组19例患者的临床资料;与同期国内外相关资料进行对比。结果 10/10患者出现肌电图异常改变;脊髓MRI检查发现1/10患者脊髓后索存在特异性异常改变;10/19患者伴有贫血;1/6患者血清维生素B12水平降低;应用维生素B12治疗所有患者均有不同程度的好转。结论本组病例有其自身发病特点;试验性维生素B12治疗有一定效果。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of subacute combined degeneration（SCD） of the spinal cord.Methods The clinical materials of 19 patients with SCD were investigated and compared with the domestic and overseas related data.Results Of 19 patients,10 patients showed abnormal changes in electramyography.MR image exhibited special abnormal intensity in the dorsal colunms of spinal cord in 1 of 10 patients.Anemia was found in 10 of 19 cases.The serum VitB12 level was low in 1 of 6 cases.All patients got improvement after treatment with VitB12.Concluions Patients with SCD have some clinical characteristics distinct from other population.VitB12 has some therapeutic value for patient with SCD.
