摘　　要：我国长三角地区具有自然地理、经济发展的巨大优势,企业人才需求旺盛,高职生就业情况良好,但也存在诸多问题。长三角地区的当地政府、企业及高职院校为推进高职生就业积极采取各种方法和措施,收效较好,促进了高职毕业生就业和创业工作的开展。The Yangtze River Delta has its natural,geographical and economic advantages,the enterprises of the region need all kinds of talents.The higher vocational graduates can find jobs here easily.But there are still many problems existed.In the Yan-gtze River Delta,various employment methods and measures are taken by the local governments,businesses and colleges in order to achieve better results.And these have promoted the entrepreneurship and employment of higher vocational gradu-ates.
