摘　　要：从社会对本科毕业生的能力素质要求出发,结合盐城工学院优集学院的改革实践,就构建以学生能力为核心的应用型本科人才培养体系,以及彰显"知行合一,能力为本"的人才培养内涵和铸就学院应用型本科人才培养特色等进行了论述,旨在对构建中等职业教育、高等职业教育、应用型本科、专业学位教育贯通衔接的技能型人才培养序列作理论和实践方面的探索。Based on the social requirements for undergraduates＇ quality and competence,and the reform practice in UGS College,Yancheng Institute of Technology,discussions are conducted on the construction of talents training system oriented to competence and application.＂Consistency of knowledge and behavior,orientation of competence＂ is embodied in the talent cultivation.College application-orientation are discussed and references are explored for secondary and higher vocational education,application-oriented colleges and major education.
