摘 要:据Maxwell方程及电磁波在界面上的边界条件,采用Math CAD软件对1064 nm基频光在二阶非线性介质中的传播进行Maker条纹模拟,得到二阶非线性介质中产生532nm倍频光的强度模拟公式。同时对倍频晶体材料、电场/温度场极化后玻璃的实验Maker条纹测试结果与理论结果进行比较。结果表明:倍频晶体的Maker测量结果与模拟相吻合;对电场/温度场极化玻璃样品的模拟结果,在一定范围内与测量结果相一致。理论模拟可对样品制备、Maker条纹测试及二阶非线性极化机理探讨具有一定的指导意义。According to the Maxwell equations and boundary conditions,the transmission Maker fringe of fundamental wave 1064 nm from air to second-order nonlinear medium was simulated by the software Math computer aided design,the intensity formula of double frequency wave of 523 nm generated in the nonlinear medium was obtained.meanwhile,the measurements of the second harmonic generation of nonlinear crystals and electric-thermal field poled glasses were performed by Maker fringe ways and compared with theoretical results.It was shown that the simulated results fit well with the result of Maker fringe patterns for nonlinear crystals,and also agree well with the poled glasses to some extent.With this theoretical simulation,it is better for us to design nonlinear materials,perform the procedures of Maker fringe measurements and understand the mechanisms of nonlinear poling.
