神经肌肉电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)治疗对脑卒中后吞咽困难(PSD)的疗效。方法 102例PSD患者分为NMES治疗组(58例)和常规治疗组(44例),两组患者均给予常规药物治疗和功能训练,NMES治疗组增加NMES治疗。治疗前后进行吞咽功能评分,并进行组间比较。观察不良反应。结果 NMES治疗组和常规治疗组治疗后吞咽功能评分[(6.41±1.28)分,(5.52±1.76)分]明显高于治疗前[(4.07±1.21)分,(3.98±1.25)分],且NMES治疗组治疗后吞咽功能评分明显高于常规治疗组(均P<0.05)。NMES治疗组的显效率(82.7%)明显高于常规治疗组(43.2%)(P<0.05)。结论 NMES治疗PSD有显著疗效,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation （NMES） therapy on post-stroke dysphagia （PSD） . Methods One hundred and two PSD patients were divided into NMES therapy group （58 cases） and conventional therapy group （44 cases） . All patients were given conventional therapy and functional training,and NMES therapy group was added into NMES therapy. The scores of swallowing function were detected before and after the treatment,and which of the two groups were compared with each other. The advers reaction was observed. Results The scores of swallowing function of post-treatment in NMES therapy group （6. 41 ± 1. 28） and conventional therapy group （5. 52 ± 1. 76） were significantly higher than that of prior-treatment [（4. 07 ± 1. 21） ,（3. 98 ± 1. 25 ） ],and the score of swallowing function of post-treatment in NMES therapy group was significantly higher than in conventional therapy group （all P 0. 05） . The remarkable efficiency of NMES therapy group （82. 7% ） was significantly higher than conventional therapy group （43. 2% ） （P 0. 05） . Conclusion The curative effects of NMES therapy on PSD is great,and without obvious advers reaction.
