摘　　要：现阶段大学生的就业形势十分严峻,因此应着重于大学生的创业意识与创业能力培养,使他们树立团队精神,掌握专业知识,明确创业目标,依靠政策支持,增强创业能力。使大学生能够找准方向,实现创业理想。For the serious situation of employment,we should focus on the training of students＇ sense and ability of entrepreneurship,setting up their team spirit,making them to control professional knowledge,make sure entrepreneurship aim,rely on the support of policy,and enhance ability of entrepreneurship,to fulfill their entrepreneurship ideality.
