摘　　要：教育资源是社会资源的重要组成部分,因而开展节约型高校创建活动是建设节约型社会的应有之义和必然要求,也是高校提高办学效益的重要途径和战略选择。作为高等教育工作者,应充分认识到建设节约型高校的价值所在,积极探索建设节约型高校的措施,不断改进节约型高校建设中存在的薄弱环节,切实提高高校物质和人才两种资源的利用效率。The educational resources are an important part of social resources, thus saving universities to carry out activities to create a conservation-minded society is to build the proper meaning and the inevitable requirement for university an important way to improve operating efficiency and strategic choice.As higher education workers, the construction should be fully aware of the value of saving college, and actively explore the construction of college saving measures to continuously improve the construction of the college saving the weak links, and effectively improve material and human resources at universities use efficiency.
