摘  要:随着我国高等教育进入大众化,以培养应用型人才为己任的高校进入前所未有的发展时期。而我国应用型高校教师的实践教学能力难以满足应用型人才培养的要求。本文通过分析国外高校教师实践教学能力培养的成功做法,得出一些有意义的启示和建议。提出要学习借鉴国外的成功经验,结合我国高校实际,通过强化教师对实践教学的认同感、借助校企合作平台、强化岗位培训、建立健全实践教学能力考评体系等一系列措施,积极探索应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力的培养路径,以提升教师实践教学能力和应用型人才培养质量。With the popularization of higher education in China,universities which aim at cultivating applied talents have entered into an unprecedented fast-growing period.However,it is common that the practical-teaching capability of teachers in the university of applied science in China cannot meet the requirement of applied-talent cultivation.This paper,based on an analysis of practice of some foreign universities in advancing their teacher's practical-teaching capability,concludes with some enlightening ideas and suggestions.Namely,by taking into consideration both successful experiences of foreign universities and the real situation in the university of applied science in China,a series of measures shall be adopted to cultivate the capability of teacher's practical-teaching so as to improve the quality of talent-cultivation.Among these are strengthening teacher's acceptance of practical teaching,taking advantage of university-enterprise cooperation,intensifying on job training,and establishing the assessment system of practical-teaching capability.
