河南农村基础教育资源供求的经济学分析

摘　　要：9年义务教育的规定和农村适龄儿童当地就学的区域性划分使得农村基础教育成为俱乐部物品。以乡镇为单位的农村基础教育供给数量主要取决于社区教育需求和社区教育费用。社区教育需求是教育质量、社区适龄儿童学习天赋、社区大小、社区富裕程度和社区教育费用的函数,因此农村基础教育供给数量取决于社区大小、社区富裕程度、教育质量、社区适龄学生学习天赋、社区教育费用等因素。利用2005年度河南省1907个乡镇的数据进行显著性检验,其结果基本验证了上述结论,并给出了相关的颇有价值的数量指标。The nine-year compulsory education and the provision of regional division of school-age children have made rural fundamental educational resources become ＂club goods＂.Based on township,the supply of rural educational resources depends on the need for community education and educational expenses of communities.Community educational demand is a function of education quality,talent of school-age children,community scale,community wealth and community educational expenses,so the supply of rural fundamental education depends on the size of communities,community wealth,education quality,talent of school-age children and educational expenses of communities.The result of the significance test with the data of one thousand mine hundred and seven towns in Henan province in 2005 basically proved the above conclusion and provided valuable relevant quantitative index.
