摘  要:采用平皿沉降法对上海市6个采样点(功能区)的大气细菌,进行了为期 年的监测并进行了菌株鉴定和影响因素的研究分析。结果表明,L海市全年大气细菌数量变化曲线是双峰型;空气中优势菌群为:微球菌属、葡萄球菌属、奈瑟氏菌属、干燥棒状杆菌属和芽抱杆菌属等。调查数据表明,垃圾中转站、火车站、南京路等3个功能区的采样点,其细菌总数和致病菌数量均位)8前列,说明这3处的大气细菌污染较为严重。菌落数总计依次为10648、8295、7594。Airborne bacteria have been monitored at six functional quartes in Shanghai for one year, and their related factors were studied. The result showed that the two peaks could be seen from the distribution of airborne bacterial concentration in the air during the whole year survey. The first five ranks of dominant airborne bacteria were Micrococcus, Staphylococcus, Neisseria, Corynebacterium Xerosis and Bacillus. High concentration of airborne bacteria and pathogenic bacteria was observed in such functional quarters at waste disposal field, transportation center and business center. The data showed severe airborne bacteria pollution at these functional quarters, and total colonies were 10648, 8295 and 7594 respectively.
