逆行性牙髓病根管再治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨逆行性牙髓病复发病例根管再治疗的治疗效果。方法收集48例曾经做过根管充填的逆行性牙髓病复发病例,27例曾经做过空管治疗的逆行性牙髓病复发病例,对他们根管再治疗的结果进行统计分析。结果曾经接受根管充填的病例,根管再治疗的当日拆除了原根管内全部充填物的有31例,成功率达64.58%,而曾经接受空管治疗的病例,根管再治疗的成功率则达到了100%χ.2=12.37,P<0.005.结论继发于牙周病的逆行性牙髓病做了根管充填后复发的病例,根管再治疗的成功率明显低于空管治疗的病例。Objectve To study the effect of retrograde endodontic treatment root canal treatment for recurrence cases.Methods 48 cases of root canal filling was done retrograde endodontic recurrence and 27 cases of ATC has done retrograde endodontic treatment of recurrence.The data of them were analyzed.Results 31 cases who had root canal filling received demolition of the original root canal filling material and the success rate of 64.58%.The success rate of which have undergone treatment for cases of ATC was 100%.Health and statistical data processing results of χ2 test χ2=12.37,P0.005.Conclusion Root canal treatment success rate of endodontic retrograde root canal filling after the recurrence of cases was significantly lower than the ATC cases.
