摘　　要：高校后勤社会化改革是高校工作有效开展的保障，外包作为其改革的一项新举措在国内高校得以应用，取得了一定的成效，同时，也出现了诸多问题，“半外包”作为高校后勤社会化新运行机制，其定位、内容、实践均值得深入研究与思考。As a new move of reform in logistics service in colleges and universities, outsourcing, in particular, partial outsourcing, is becoming popular with its advantages and good effects. On the other, this new operation mechanism of logistics service has brought about some new problems. Therefore, the perfection of this logistics mode calls for more study and exploration in such aspects as its concept, feasibility of wide application, etc.
