摘 要:目的:观察热化疗对口腔颌面癌患者NO水平的影响。方法:给予口腔颌面癌患者每周2次,5周一疗程的热化疗处理,处理后观察肿瘤的组织形态学变化,并采用硝酸还原酶法检测患者血清NO的浓度。结果:热化疗后,肿瘤生长受到明显抑制。热化疗前后NO含量有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:热化疗可以显著升高荷瘤宿主NO水平,高浓度时具有很好的抗肿瘤效应。Objective : To observe the influence of thermoehemotherapy to the nitric oxide level of oral cancer. Methods: Patients with oral cancer were treated by thermochemotherapy twice a week. After treatment of 5 weeks, histomorphologies were observed, the levels of NO of tumor were detected through the nitrate reductase method. Results: After treatment, the growth of tumors was inhibited significantly. The levels of NO in oral cancer patients were significantly different before and after thermochemotherapy (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Thermochemotherapy can improve the levels of NO of tumor bearing significantly. High concentration of NO has an excellent anti-tumor effect.
