摘 要:目的:提高放射治疗剂量控制水平,加强放射治疗中的质量保证,配合2009年IAEA/WHO世界范围内,中国片区(中国四川)放射治疗机输出剂量的(TLD)剂量比对进行本次核查。方法:采用LiF(Mg,Cu,P)TLD剂量计,在5cm水深处、10 x 10cm照射野,SSD和SAD照射,对我省20个地、市、县34家医疗单位的放射治疗机的输出量进行比对。结果:13台^(60)Co放射治疗机合格11台,合格率占84.6%。21台加速器合格18台,合格率占85.7%。结论:本次我省放疗单位放射治疗机输出剂量比对合格率低于发达国家水平,高于全国调查平均水平。Objective: To improve the control of radiation dose level and the quality assurance of radiotherapy,we had cooperated with the IAEA/WHO to launch a series of TLD dose ratio experiments about output dose of radiotherapy machine in 2009 in Sichuan, China. Methods: In the depths of 5cm water and by 10cm×10cm radiation field and SSD,SAD irradiation, LiF TLD dosimeter( Mg, Cu, P) was used to detect the dose of radiotherapy machine output in 34 medical units in Sichuan province. Results: Among 13 sets of 60Co radiotherapy machine, 11 units were up to standard and with a pass rate of 84.6% ; Among 20 sets of accelerators, 11 units were up to standard and with a pass rate of 85.7%. Conclusion : The qualification rate of output doses of radiotherapy machine in Sichuan province was lower than that of developed countries, but higher than the average level of developing countries and national survey.
