完全脱位前牙再植临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨完全脱位前牙再植的临床方法。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月～2010年1月笔者所在医院收治的前牙完全性脱位后前牙再植患者的临床资料,分析影响再植成功率的因素。结果:观察组36例(48颗)患者,再植成功44颗,再植成功率为91.67%;对照组26例(30颗),再植成功22颗,再植成功率为73.33%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论:离体时间是影响再植成功的重要因素,牙齿离体后,及时采取措施保护离体牙齿,并及时送医院救治是保证完全脱位前牙再植成功的关键。Objective：To explore the full clinical replantation of anterior dislocation method.Methods：A retrospective analyzed from January 2008 to January 2010 where the author admitted to hospital with complete dislocation of the anterior teeth after replantation of the clinical data,analyzed of the factors that influence the success rate of replantation.Results：36 cases（48 tooth） patients,44 successful replantation,replantation success rate of 91.67%;the control group,26 patients（30 tooth）,22 successful replantation,replantation success rate of 73.33%.Statistically significant difference between the two groups（P=0.021）.Conclusion：In vitro time is an important factor in the success of replanted teeth in vitro after in vitro to take timely measures to protect the teeth,and promptly sent to hospital for treatment is to ensure the complete anteri or dislocation of the key to successful replantation.
