摘  要:为了在炼钢厂发生突发事件后,进行快速有效的设备调整,尽可能保证连铸机的连浇,对进行设备调整后的生产组织情况进行研究,提出了基于规则与模型的动态调度方法,采用线性规划的方法对模型进行求解。并提出了基于有效性和稳定性的鲁棒性概念对不同规则与模型进行评价,从而确定最佳的设备调整方案。最后对现场实例进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果表明基于规则和模型的混合设备调整方法具有最佳的鲁棒性。The unexpected events occurred frequently in steel plant because of the various equipments and the complicated production process.The equipment adjustment after the unexpected events is necessary the subsequent production,especially the sequence casting in casters.How to adjust equipments fast and effectively and keep continuous tapping as possible is concerned.The production organization after equipment adjustment is studied.The dynamic scheduling manner based on rules and model is proposed,solved by liner programming,and evaluated with robustness.According to the field example,the computer simulation result showes that the hybrid method of rule and model is the most efficient manner to obtain the best robustness.
