摘　　要：物业管理行业是个综合性服务行业，要求从业人员具有多学科综合知识，尤其需要复合型技术性的高素质人才，缺乏知识全面的应用型人才也是当前制约行业整体发展的一个严峻问题。作为为行业培养生力军的高职物业管理专业，应该结合房地产业及物业管理人才市场需求变化对人才培养方案进行调整，提升人才培养目标，优化知识结构，加强实训项目、实训基地建设，从而提高学生就业成效，树立物业管理的专业品牌。Property management industry is a comprehensive service industry, which makes high requirements for their personnel on complex knowledges and skills. The current situation is that the complex technical personnel are in great need on one hand, the qualified personnel are lacked and cannot meet with the industry＇ s need on the other hand, which prevents from the development of the property management industry. As the vocational and technical colleges are the base that cultivate and transport tanlented people for property management company, in oder to meet with the need of empolyee in housing and property managenment industry, in this paper, the suggestions on how to promote the cultivation goal, optimize the training program, enhance practical projects and build vocational practice base for property management students in vocational and technical colleges were put up, which in turn would do contributions to full employment and property management brand construction.
