摘　　要：研究了用氨基酸分析仪测定肌氨酸含量时的最大吸收波长、最佳浓度等，验证了分析短程序的可靠性并用于实践。The maximum absorbing wavelength, the short analyzing program and the optimal analyzing concentration for analyzing sarcosine by H83550 Amino Acid Analyzer were studied. The reliability of the short analyzing program for analyzing sarcosine was verified.Using the short analyzing program can provide the accurate result promptly for the synthesis of Nacetylsarcosine .
