COX-2在宫颈病变中的表达及其与高危型HPV感染的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究COX-2在宫颈癌及癌前病变(CIN)组织中的表达及其与高危型HPV感染的相关性,探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测100例宫颈石蜡标本中COX-2的表达,并于术前采用HC-Ⅱ法检测患者高危型HPV感染情况。结果 (1)COX-2和高危型HPV在宫颈癌及CIN中的表达水平均高于慢性宫颈炎组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)在宫颈癌及CIN中COX-2表达水平和高危型HPV感染率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV可能通过诱导宫颈上皮高表达COX-2而促使宫颈癌发生发展。Objective To study the expression of COX-2、High Risk HPV（HR-HPV）in cervical cancer and pre-malignant lesion,and discuss the role of them in occurrence and development of cervical cancer.Methods In 100 cases that composed of 10 cases of chronic in？ ammation cervical tissues,50 cases of CIN and 40 cases of cervical cancer tissues,the expression of COX-2 was detected by Immunohistochemistry SABC assay,and HR-HPV infection levels were detected by HC-Ⅱ before operations.Results COX-2 and HR-HPV were both overexpressed in cervical cancer and CIN,compared with little expressed in Chronic in？ ammation cervical tissues（P〈0.05）.In cervical cancer samples and CIN samples,the expression level of COX-2 was positive associated with HR-HPV infection（P〈0.05）.Conclusion COX-2 may play vital roles in the tumorigenesis and development of the HR-HPV-relatived cervical neoplasias.
