局部晚期直肠癌术前同步放化疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨术前口服卡培他滨与放疗联合治疗直肠癌的疗效。方法:对临床分期属T3、T4低位直肠癌患者分为A组和B组。A组患者给予术前放疗,同步口服卡培他滨。B组患者直接给予手术。结果:术前放疗同步口服卡培他滨的低位直肠癌患者与单纯手术患者比较,切除率和保肛率提高,局部复发率下降。结论:直肠癌术前放化疗是较好的综合治疗措施。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of preoperative oral capecitabine combined with radiation（RT）on locally advanced low rectal cancer.Methods：Patient with T3/T4 low rectal tumors were divided into A and B group,A group were treated by radiotherapy and concomitant oral capecitabine befor surgery.B group received surgery alone.Result：The tumor regressed and the sphincter-presenation for the patients with preoperative oral capecitabine combined with radiotherapy（RT）onlocally advanced low rectal cancer was better than the patients with operation.And they had lower local recurrence.Conclusion：Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy are optimal ways for adjuvant therapy on rectal cancer.
