摘　　要：胃排空受多种因素的影响,如神经系统、胃肠激素,以及局部某些调节因子的调控。这些调控作用的失常会造成胃排空障碍的发生,进而会导致如胃食管反流病、功能性消化不良、糖尿病胃轻瘫等疾病的发生,因而胃排空的影响因素倍受关注。本文在复习有关胃排空影响因素的文献的基础上进行综述报道,旨在探讨胃排空的影响因素,为进一步研究胃排空障碍相关性疾病奠定基础。Gastric emptying is influenced by many factors,such as the nervous system,as well as local gastrointestinal hormones,some adjustment factor control.These disorders may cause the regulation of gastric emptying and obstacles,then will cause some disorders,such as gastroesophageal reflux disease,functional indigestion,diabetic gastroparesis disease,etc,.Thus gastric emptying factors concerned.Based on the review of the literature gastric emptying and influencing factors were reviewed based on the report,aims to explore the influence factors,gastric emptying for further study on the stomach disease dyskinesia correlation.
