摘　　要：福建省在深化医药卫生体制改革工作中开展全省卫生人力资源基本信息专项调查。该文在分析全省卫生人力资源现状的基础上,以2012、2015、2020年3个年度为预测目标年度,进行福建省卫生人力资源的需求预测。The survey of basic information for Fujian provincial health human resources was conducted for advancing health sector reform.The demand forecasting for health human resources was implemented built in the scrutiny of comprehensive status quo of overall Fujian province.Three goal years 2012,2015 and 2020 are the targets of the forecasting.
