摘　　要：目的 通过分析电子肛肠镜在体检中的应用情况,评估其应用价值,提高对肛门直肠疾病的诊断水平.方法 随机选取2009年在我院分别接受电子肛肠镜和普通肛门镜检查的人员各3 000例,选择痔病、肛瘘、肛乳头肥大、直肠息肉、慢性直肠炎、直肠癌6种疾病的检出率进行比较,评价电子肛肠镜检查法在体检中的诊断价值.结果 电子肛肠镜检查法对直肠疾病的诊断明显优于普通肛门镜检查.结论 电子肛肠镜检查是一种简便、准确的检查方法,值得在健康体检中推广应用.Objective To evaluate the application of E-anorectal endoscopy in health check up. Methods Three thousand subjects received E-anorectal endoscopy for health check up in 2009 and 3000 subjects received conventional anoscopy in the same period. The detection rates of hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal papillae hypertrophy, rectal polyps, proctitis and rectal cancer were compared between two methods. Results The diagnosis of rectal diseases by using E-anorectal endoscopy was much better than conventional anoscopy. Conclusion E-anorectal endoscopy is a simple and accurate diagnostic method for rectal diseases and should be widely used in health check up.
