摘　　要：从社会网络的角度对科技创业家的创业行为进行了探讨,认为科技创业家是植根于社会网络之中的,科技创业从某种意义上讲是一种网络行为,社会网络在创业过程中发挥着重要的作用,社会网络是科技创业家获取创业资本的重要资源,这些资源的拥有状况及其联系的紧密程度直接或间接地对创业初期的决策及企业成长有极其重要的影响。Starting from the aspect of social network,this thesis studies entrepreneurial behavior of sci-tech entrepreneurs.pioneering with science and technology is rooted in the social networks,pioneering with science and technology in some sense is a kind of network behavior,the social networks plays an important role during the entrepreneurship process when they start their businesses.the social networks are kinds of important enterprises resources of technological entrepreneurs to gain venture capital.posses status of these resources and close degree of connection will directly and indirectly influence decision-making in initial period entrepreneurial stage and enterprise growth.
