摘　　要：试图在知识产权战略的平台之上建立相适应的技术创新扩散机制,分析了其形成过程,并指出企业技术创新扩散机制与其创新路径也有一定联系。选取合作创新路径下的企业技术创新扩散机制为例,为合作创新主体建立公平合理的扩散收益分配机制以保证企业技术创新扩散机制的顺利运作。The paper attempted to build a compatible technology innovation diffusion mechanism based on intellectual property strategy.It analyzed its formation,pointing out that there are some links between mechanism of enterprise technology innovation diffusion and paths of technology innovation.The paper took the mechanism of innovation diffusion in cooperation innovation path as an example,established equitable diffusion income distribution mechanism to ensure that technical innovation diffusion mechanism operated normally.
