摘  要:本研究通过喷涂法将不同浓度植酸酶(0、500、1000、1500、2000、2500U/kg和3000U/kg)添加到豆粕型虹鳟饲料中(对应的各处理组分别为D0~D6组),研究植酸酶对虹鳟养殖水环境中氮、磷含量的影响。通过水体中磷含量分析结果显示,添加不同浓度植酸酶的处理组中,D0组表现最高,随着饲料中植酸酶的添加,各处理组中总磷含量均显著低于D0组(P<0.05);通过水体中氮含量分析结果显示,添加不同浓度植酸酶的处理组中,D0组总氮含量最高,D1~D6组总氮含量较D0均有所下降,其中D3~D6组下降显著(P<0.05);氨氮含量D1~D6组较D0组均有所下降,其中D2~D6与D0组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,虹鳟饲料中添加植酸酶可以降低水体中氮、磷含量,对养殖生产过程中控制氮、磷的排放,减少环境污染具有重要意义。Different contrations of phytase (0,500,1000,1500,2000,2500 U/kg and 3000 U/kg)were supplemented in soybean meal-based diet (DO ~ D6 group)of rainbow trout to study the effects of phytase on the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in cultured water.The results showed that the total phosphorus content of control group was significantly higher than the other test groups (P 〈 0.05 ) ;The water nitrogen result showed that the control group had the highest nitrogen content, and there was different significantly among D3 ~ D6 groups (P 〈 0.05 ),but there was no significant difference among D1 - D2 groups(P 〉 0.05 ) ;The water ammonia nitrogen result showed that the control group had the highest nitrogen content,and it was significantly different among D2 - D6 groups (P 〈 0.05).Frum above analyses,dietary phytase for rainbow trout could decrease nitrogen and phosphorus content,and had important significance on controlling phosphorus pollution.
