摘　　要：目的:建立一种快速、稳定的大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型,并加以改进。方法:选用Wistar(200～250g)大鼠,并随机分为A、B两组,采用Ono创建的大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型,对手术方法做了部分改进。结果:成功建立并改进了大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型。结论:通过两组术式的比较,B组的手术成功率高于A组。Objective To establish the rapid and stable model of the heterotopic heart transplantation in rats and improve it.Method To make a model with Wistar rats（200~250 g）which based on the models designed by Ono and partly of the procedures were improved.All models were divided into two groups in a random（group A and group B）.Results Establishing and improving successfully of model abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation in rats.Conclusion Thorough comparison of two methods of the operation,the operational achievement ratio of group B is higher than group A.
