摘  要:采用732、717树脂对蚕蛹酸水解液进行分离。732树脂先将蚕蛹水解液粗略分成酸性、中性、碱性氨基酸,717树脂再将中性氨基酸分成甘氨酸-丙氨组酸和亮氨酸-异亮氨酸-缬氨酸组。其中亮、异亮、缬氨酸的含量达到75.9%;同时还进行了脯氨酸的分离,经717树脂分离得到的脯氨酸的含量为50.6%。The 732 positive ion exchanger and 717 negative ion exchanger were utilized to separate the amino acids from hydrolysate of silkworm pupa. The results indicated that the 732 positive ion exchanger could separaed the amino acid in the hydrolysate into acid, neutral and basic amino acids. The neutral amino acids separated with 732 ion exchanger were collected and separated into Glycine Alanine group (Group 1) and Leucine Isolecucine Valine group (Group 2) with 717 negative ion exchanger. Proline was isolated from the hydrolysate with 717 exchanger. The content of the Glycine and Alanine in Group 1 reached to 78% of the total amino acids, and the content of Leucine, Isolecucine and Valine in the Group 2 were over 75% of the total amino acids, and Proline content was more than 45%.
