摘 要:目的了解某三甲医院合同护士生活质量的现状,并提出相应的对策。方法以健康状况问卷和自行设计的一般情况调查表调查广州市某三甲医院的235名合同护士,并以125名正式护士和普通人群作为对照组。比较合同护士与正式护士及普通人群生活质量的差异。结果合同护士生活质量得分高于正式护士,其中总分及生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康5个维度的比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。合同护士除在生理机能得分高于普通人群外,其余各维度得分均低于普通人群,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论合同护士的生活质量值得关注,管理者及合同护士自身均应采取积极措施以提高合同护士生活质量。Objective To investigate the current quality of life of the temporarily-contracted nurses in a first-class hospital and come up with corresponding strategy. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on general situations and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire (SF- 36) were used to make the investigation among a group of 235 temporarily-contracted nurses of a first-class hospital in Guangzhou and then among another group of 125 permanently-contracted nurses and common people. Results The scores of the temporarily-contracted nurses were higher than those of the permanently-contracted nurses as regards quality of life. The temporarily-contracted nurses were scored significantly higher than the permanently-contracted in terms of total score, physical function (PF), body pain (BP), general health (GH), vigour (VT) and emotional health (EH)(P 0.01). Except BF, scores in other dimentions of the temporarily-contracted nurses were scored significantly higher than those in the group of common people in all other dimensions (P 0.01). Conclusion The quality of life of the temporarily-contracted nurses deserves great concerns. Both administrators and temporarily-contracted nurses should take positive measures to improve the quality of life.
