模型示范教育在牙周炎患者治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨模型示范教育在牙周炎患者治疗中的效果。方法选择2007年6月-2009年3月本院门诊牙周炎患者68例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组进行常规的牙周炎基础治疗和口头健康教育,实验组在此基础上应用模型示范教育方法。比较两组患者治疗前后菌斑指数(plaqueindex,PLI)、牙龈指数(gingivalindex,GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(probingdepth,PD)。结果治疗4w后,实验组患者PLI、GI得分低于对照组,PD短于对照组(P<0.05),表明实验组患者牙龈炎症轻于对照组。结论模型示范教育能有效降低牙周炎患者的PLI、GI、PD,提高牙周炎的治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of health education through model demonstration on periodontitis. Methods 68 out-patients with periodontitis from June 2007 - March 2009 were randomly divided into experiment and control group in equal number. The control group received periodontal non-surgical treatment to periodontal and oral health education , while patients in the experiment group received the health education through model demonstration in addition to initial treatment and oral health education. Then the two groups were compared in terms of plaque index （PLI）, gingival index （GI）, probing depth （PD） before and after treatment. Results PLI, GI, PD of both groups after treatment were statistically significant lower （P 0.05） than before treatment. 4 weeks after treatment, the experiment group was significantly lower （P 0.05） than the control group in respect of PLI, GI, PD. Conclusion The health education through model demonstration is helpful for periodontitis patients to preserve oral health and get better treatment by effectively reducing PLI , GI and PD.
