摘　　要：对教师流失问题的研究,学界存在致命缺陷——否定情结,这主要体现为对流失教师思想价值观方面的道德批判及对于流失教师的学校所存在的不利的认知前提。其实,从个人视角下的成本需求、学校视角下的双刃效应两方面看,教师流失问题的积极影响不容小视。作为我国高等教育发展过程中的一个自然现象,不应被妖魔化。否定情结成为该问题研究深化的瓶颈,多视角、整体式探究是化解的关键。The problem of loss of teachers,scholars there is a fatal flaw-negative feeling,which mainly reflected The loss of teachers is a prerequisite for moral criticism and negative perception of his school.In fact,from a personal perspective of the cost requirements,the school＇s double-edged effect of Angle two ways,the positive impact of the loss of teachers should not be overlooked.As the development process of higher education is a natural phenomenon,should not be demonized.Negative feeling is not conducive to the deepening of the problem should be more perspective,the overall style of inquiry.
