公共英语课堂目标化教学管理策略探究

摘　　要：目标化教学改革需要以管理手段的改变为前提。在民族院校公共英语课堂,分析目标化教学改革的影响因素、把握目标化教学管理特点是实施有效管理的前提。树立崭新的教学思想和观念、加强教师专业发展、制定教学质量考核标准和体系是民族高校公共英语课堂目标化教学管理的重要策略。The objective teaching management requires the change of management methods.The effective management is implemented with the precondition of analyzing the effects of management of the objective teaching management and mastering characteristics of the objective teaching management.Establishing new teaching concepts,strengthening teacher professional development and making relevant management regulations are very important strategies of the objective management in ethic universities and colleges.
