摘　　要：目的观察125I粒子植入术治疗后肝细胞癌患者外周血的免疫细胞指标,评价该技术对肝癌患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法 53例行肝癌125I粒子植入术的患者,分别于治疗前1d、治疗后7、14、21、28和56d时,应用流式细胞技术检查患者外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+比值的变化。结果 125I粒子植入术后第1周,各指标较术前无明显变化,第2周开始,CD4+值比术前明显上升,CD8+明显下降。结论 125I粒子植入术后患者免疫功能增强,将对肝癌患者的预后起到重要作用。Objective To discuss the influence of 125I implantation on immune function of patient with hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.Methods Fifty-three patients with HCC were treated by 125I implantation.CD4 ＋ count,CD8 ＋ count,CD3 ＋ count and CD4 ＋ /CD8 ＋ value of peripheral blood were measured on baseline,7th,14th,21th,28th and 56th day with flow cytometry.Results No significant difference in immune function was observed on 7th day.Significant increase of CD4 ＋ count and reduction of CD8 ＋ count were observed after 14th day.Conclusion Implantation of 125I promotes immune function in patients with HCC and thus improves the prognosis.
