摘　　要：本文采用受教育年限法对我国三次产业人才资本进行了测算,并建立产业增加值、固定资本、普通劳动力、以及人才资本之间的多元线性回归模型,测算了我国三次产业人才资本的产出弹性以及对经济的贡献率,分析了我国产业人才资本结构存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策。This paper calculates talent capital of three industries in China by the method of number of years of education,and establishes the multiple linear regression model of industrial value,fixed capital,general labor and talent capital to estimate the output flexibility and the contribution rate to the economy of talent capital of three industries in China.Finally,this paper analyzes the existing problems of China＇s industrial talent capital structure,and gives the corresponding solutions.
