浙江省人群碘营养现况研究

摘　　要：目的了解和评估浙江省人群碘营养现状。方法全省90个县（区）按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》进行随机碘盐监测；并在监测县范围内按东、西、南、北、中选5所小学，测定8～10岁学生的尿碘含量。结果全省抽查碘盐26305份，盐碘中位数为30．50mg／kg，碘盐覆盖率97．65％，碘盐合格率97．42％，合格碘盐食用率95．13％；学生尿样8591份，尿碘中位数201．01μg／L。结论碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率和儿童尿碘中位数，总体达到消除碘缺乏病标准和消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核的要求，全省总体碘营养处在适宜水平。Objective To evaluate the current status of iodine nutrition of population in Zhejiang Province.Methods Random Surveillance was carried out according to the 'Project of National IDD Surveillance'among 90 counties all over the province.The urinary iodine content of 8 to 10 years old students from 5 primary schools was examined,which were selected according to the east,west,south,north and middle locations among the monitoring counties.Results 26305 samples of household salts were collected.The median of iodine concentration of household salts was 30.50mg/kg,the coverage rate of using iodized salt was 97.65%,and 97.42% iodized salts were qualified.The ingesting rate of qualified iodized-salt was 95.13%.8591 samples of children urine were collected.The median of urinary iodine of the children was 201.01μg/L.Conclusions The qualified and coverage rates of iodine salt,the ingesting rate of iodized salt and the median of children's urinary iodine overall reach the standards of elimination of Iodine Deficiency Disorders.The population in Zhejiang Province shows a suitable iodine nutritional status.
