摘 要:目的研究黑加仑提取物对sD大鼠母体及胎仔毒性和致畸性。方法将交配成功的sD雌鼠随机分为4组,每组15只。设黑加仑提取物0.62、1.25、2.50g/kg体重3个剂量组及对照组,于妊娠7~16d连续灌胃给药,每天1次。实验期间记录母鼠一般状况、妊娠期体重,妊娠20d剖检母鼠,检查窝仔参数、胎仔参数及胎仔形态的变化。结果在本研究剂量范围内,黑加仑各剂量组孕鼠的生殖能力、胚胎形成和胎鼠外观、骨骼及内脏生长发育与阴性对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论在本实验条件下,未见黑加仑提取物有明显的母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸性。Objective To study maternal toxicity, embryotoxicity and teratogenecity of blackcurrant extract in SD rats. Methods 60 successfully mated female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups ( 15 animals per group), in which 3 experimental groups were daily treated with 0.62, 1.25 and 2.50g/kg. b. w text substance by gavage from lth to 16th day during gestation respectively. Body weight and general conditions of the pregnant rats were recorded during the study. On the 20th day in pregnancy, the rats were anatomized and examined grossly, and the fetuses were removed and subsequently examinations including count, weight, length, and visceral and skeletal changes were done. Results In the study, no statistically significant difference was found in all the observed indices (including the reproductive capability of pregnant rats, embryogenesis, morphology and development of bones, viscera of fetal rats) between each dosage group and enntrol group ( P〉0. 05 ). Conclusions Blackcurrant extract had no obvious maternal toxicity, embryotoxicity and teratogeneeity in SD rats under this experiment condition.
