摘　　要："诚信危机,道德失范"是我们面临的严峻社会挑战。诚信危机产生的社会根源非常复杂,其中,诚信规则依靠力量的脆弱是重要原因。在传统道德秩序中,对诚信规则的维护离不开人们内心对超自然力量的敬畏。但在以"现代性"为特征的社会中,人们用"人本位"代替了"神本位",用人性代替了神性。人们再也不怕地狱的惩罚,也不再渴求天堂的恩赐,神圣的力量已经不能再约束人们的行为。道德的缺陷需要制度的弥补,如果制度也不能让道德行为主体内心产生敬畏感,那么,诚信危机就难以避免。＂Credit crisis and moral degeneration＂ is a serious social challenge for us. Credit crisis is caused by many complicated social reasons, among which fragile moral rules is an important factor. In traditional moral system, credit rules mainly depend on people＇ s fear for supernatural power. But in modern society, human - cen- tered system replaces god - centered system and human nature replaces god nature. Therefore, people are not afraid of hadean penalty, and they are not anxious for heaven＇ s gift too. The power of god has no longer constraint on people. The flaw of moral system needs to be made up by system. If the system cannot generate fear in the people＇ s heart, it is difficult to avoid credit crisis.
