摘  要:带闭锁离合器的液力变矩器是液力机械式自动变速器(AT)的关键部件。液力变矩器的辅助系统对其性能有着重要的影响。介绍一种新设计的节能型液力变矩器辅助供油系统,并采用AMESim对该系统进行动态建模。通过仿真对系统进行分析,验证了系统设计的功能,完成在脉动流量输入下的液力变矩器入口油压的动特性响应分析。通过试验验证仿真结果,为变矩器辅助供油系统设计提供了理论依据。A torque converter with a lock-up clutch is the key components of hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission(AT) system.The auxiliary system of the torque converter has a significant influence on the transmission performance.A novel energy-saving auxiliary system was developed,and its dynamic model based on AMESim was established.The auxiliary system was simulated by AMESim,the function of the system was verified,and the analysis on the dynamic characteristics of the pressure of the system with inputting pulsating flow was finished.The result of the integrated test on the auxiliary oil supply system confirms that simulation is appropriate and reliable.
